बहुत अच्छी लोकेशन एवं होटल की सफाई बहुत अच्छी है चित्तौड़गढ़ किला मात्र 1 किलोमीटर दूर होने से सभी सुविधाएं इस होटल में अच्छी लगी है स्टाफ बहुत कोऑपरेटिव नेचर वाला है

Hotel rooms are not good. They don’t change bedsheet. As per the price concerns better hotels are available there compare to this hotel.

Pillows and bedsheets are dirty. May be not changed. Staff is ok. Room is also ok. Not bad. Location is also ok. Not that much close to bus stand. All over its okay.

One of the worst hotels. Nobody visits. Rooms have a lot of small insects flying all over the night. Not recommended to anyone

I reached the hotel about 12 hrs and found that nobody was on reception. Thereafter, i called on mobile. Thereafter, one person came after 15 minutes. I requested for taking my luggage from the car to the room. First, he refused to say that the luggage should take off by the guest only, not by the hotel staff as he is the only person, however, after the persuasion of the hotel owner, the receptionist, helped to carry the luggage in the room, the room and the toilet were dirty having a bad smell. He told that since the sweeper has not come due to illness and will come at about 13 hrs. However, we went for lunch and about 2. 30 pm we found the room ready. There was only one plastic chair without any almirah. There was no dustbin in the room. There were no arrangements of ro water. I found the very unprofessional approach of the person in reception. Even towel and bathroom soap was given after request. No arrangement of tea or food.
