Accommodation, hotel staff and their service was very satisfactory. Food was also nice. Had a comfortable stay.

Not even a little bottle of complementary water. No sandals 🩴in wash room. Behaviour of Hotel boys are very good . Check in was good

Food was average yet overpriced. Quantity is also not good.
No Complimentary Water. Double Room was assigned even though booking was for Triple. Had to call 5 Times for the Extra Bed. On Top Of receptionist was arrogant Enough to Blabber so what you had to call five times? Got your Mattress no? . Ordered Dinner from IRD. Came up with 2 Full Plates for A Dinner of 3. Geyser Switch was Outside the Room. Nobody bothered to tell us. They even charged us wrongly for the car we hired for Siteseeing. One of the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at

Food is very good. Housekeeping can be improved a little bit, as a few part of the hotel is still under construction. Behaviour of the staffs a good and rooms 4 well decorated. Timeliness of room service is a little issue. Overall good experience, at nice location and very good for a family stay. It close to the ujjayant palace and market.
