Dirty rooms, unhygienic bathrooms, and no proper cleaning. Worst experience, will not recommend this hotel.

The rooms were very smelly, the exhaust fan was not working in the washroom, the intercom was broken, there was a broken switch board and broken tubelight in washroom

So many insects are there. Dusting is not done properly so much dust lights are very irritating not properly install bed sheet not clean washroom washbasin is crack overall somehow not up to the rate not a good stay

Very bad service. Rooms were dirty ac not working. Tried calling house keeling and staff, no response. They charged 200 rs extra for food and no bill were provided. When we asked they were not able to answer. Water bottle were charged 40 rs.

the room was not provided to us even after advance booking with payment and we were made to shift to a below average hotel which had no facilities very very disappointed with the kind of service a big thumbs down 👎

Average hotel, unfriendly staff
The hotel have multiple booking of the same room. When i checked in the staff at the reception declined my booking and said there was no vacancy (even though i had booked the room more than a month ago. He mentioned there was no booking received. After debate for 39 minutes and follow up with mm t customer care the person agreed to allocate room (not sure how the room miraculously became available. The room was finally allocated after 2 hours. My recommendation would be to avoid the hotel.

To far and bad behaviour
Too far from station, no hot water in shower you have to give bucket for that and wait 1 hour. Don't take breakfast with room booking they prove aalo paratha in breakfast, no DTH recharge in TV. Not so good. You will get better facility in same price.

Too bad experience
Very bad experience room is very small there is no place where we can place are luggage no table in room. Food is stinking very badly I just wasted my money over there hey seriously providing you Very bad service tasteless food I can say that right now in my stomach feels pain because of bad food even I am taking a medicine because of that how disgusting it was after 10:30 they will not take your order.
