Review Of Hotel Pragati

Rooms are very dirty and i feel like guest house which worth not more then 500 hundred but i paid 1400 rupees. Very bad experience

Hotel rooms are ok, service is just like ok. I am staying in a hotel for one night,.

Very poor service and most important i forgot my cell charger there and when i call them to inform that they simply said that “humare paas nai hai”

This is the terrible experiance for me. Nothings is good about it. Initially they are denying for check in.

The room does not have much ventilation. The hotel does not have lift, one would have to get up from the stairs even if one has to go to the 3rd floor. The plaster has come out from the wall. The dustbin has not been cleaned since a long time. The ro water that they offer did not seem like ro water. In the morning the tube-light went off and there was complete darkness in the room, when i called the reception someone came and put a small bulb instead of the tube-light which is more like a night bulb. With this bulb on i still cant see much.

Very bad behavior of reception person and they wrote couples are allowed and they are not giving the room even i am married and i was with my wife

Smelly bed, smelly room, toilets not functioning properly. But staff was very cooperative.

Very easy to reach Hotel and. Hotel staff is very good. Fast service. Only interior is not so good.

Cleanliness is good and hotel is easy to locate. It is near Rudrapur bus stand at a walking distance of 15 minutes.

Location is good and near bus stand, also area is safe and commutation from hotel is easy to get.

Hotel is located within 15 minutes of walking distance, service is good with decent rooms.

Hotel is located very near to main Road. And often disturbing by vehicular noises. Cleanliness is issues. Though staff is friendly. They don't provide extra bed for extra person. Average stay good only if you are spending night.
