Hotel available near railway and bus stations location is good any time check in easy. Staff behaviour is very good food quality. We have enjoyed during staying in hotel. Cleaning is possible to improve.

I have no problem with this hotel but hotel has some issues with MMT, but its resolve by you. MMT staff has support me a lot. I really thankful to Make My Trip team which has support me and refund my balance.

Comfortable stay on main road excellent location food is good rooms are clean and very big and the price is very reasonable. The staff if very cordial bathrooms are neat and clean with all supplements provided free is cost all over the stay is nice.

I have booked a hotel namely Gangej against my booking no. NH7101619605505 as check-in date is 05-05-2016 and check-out date is 06-05-2016. I have paid the amount Rs. 950 to make my trip regarding my booking. But, the Hotel refuses to check out without cash payment. They said that Make My Trip never pay any money to us. Then, i have called to the customer care of Make My Trip where they have also suggested me to pay the money rather than saying anything to hotel. This is really a very poor experience i have ever had. In this way, i have paid the double amount for my stay at Hotel. So, i want my money back which i have paid extra. On the other hand, the offer on the Make My Trip was of Rs. 950 after discount of Hotel Gangej but the actual amount of stay at Hotel was 700 which i have paid cash to the hotel Which is fake post and poor service by Make My Trip. Finally, I will never recommend to any of my friend for booking up hotel through Make My Trip ever ,.
