Property is older, you don't feel energetic.

So, I have stayed at this property before, the rooms and service looks decent but they are slacking on the hygiene a bit. The knobs of the restroom and taps don’t necessarily work when needed.

Food - ok - Vegetarian which was not clearly mentioned during booking, room size was good- however needed clean bedsheets etc, location is good, need more friendly staff at the reception

stay was good. property was good, but staff did not described about the property like swimming pool, spa, Jim or any other amenities. even reacted like surprised to know about complementary breakfast. overall MMT terrifs were very attractive for the property.

The room smelled like moss, the door lock never worked. The restaurant water bottle had algae in it. One of my colleagues even got food poisoning. Only good thing was they arranged for his shifting to a hospital.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I had to vacate the property the same day without even staying a full night. The food was disgusting, the service was pathetic, and the staff had absolutely no manners. On top of that, I was on a business trip and they didn’t allow visitors, which made it impossible to continue my stay. I have stayed at countless properties, including 5-star hotels around the world, and I have never experienced anything this bad. This place is not even worth 1 star. Total waste of money — avoid this hotel at all costs.

The property was well made. But not maintained. It was dirty.

Very Old property with poorly maintained infrastructure. Rooms have that humid smell from old furniture. Fridge, Kettle, toaster etc. have fungi deposition inside them. Mattress are swollen. Dirty corridors with Beddings, Utensils lying randomly.

Old apartment and not maintained. Stains on bed sheets, stains on chair, broken bathroom door, tilting towelstand. Most items dusty like bed lamps, heaters. Not worth.

Stay was terrible they gave back my laundry as it is without washing and when i complained they took it back and even after multiple followups they gave my laundry after 3 days. Plus food taste was not good breakfast menu almost remained same.

Only good thing is that they provide kettle induction and crockery. Rest everything is ultra poor. Do not deserve 3k per night, poor laundry services, tasteless food, in-responsive staff. My visit was terrible. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They sent us unwashed laundry.

Excellent stay. Best option in budget. Very near to industrial area. Large spacious neat hygienic rooms. Excellent service and courteous staff.

Appliances provided in the rooms are not working. When asked during the check in they said everything is fine in the room. They don't pick up your calls on time. Will keep you waiting for everything. The worst part is the breakfast provided by them, half of the things are finished when the breakfast starts and then they silently wait for you to go. They will keep you waiting for the stuff you have asked for, the staff during the breakfast is not polite at all, especially the manager.

You will have to ask even for basic amenities & they will keep you waiting. Appliances provided in the room are not working.
