AC was damaged and rooms were very much dirty. I requested to change room but all rooms were bad

The hotel is very nice . The behaviour of the staff is good and the room was also neat and clean. overall a very good experience. 10 out of 10 from my side pls guys go and stay there . The main point is Safety and for this I will give 5 stars. The hotel is very nice .

Washroom was not upto the mark. Bedding was just horrible

light was not proper. In today's morning they switched off the AC. The room is totally different from the photos uploaded. The room is old structured, no soaps provided not sealed water provided, only one bottle loose water provided at the time of check in. No room service alogn with telephone

Absolutely terrible experience, I’ll never visit again. Basic amenities weren’t even available, though the food was good because it felt completely like home-cooked food. Otherwise, I’d say if you’re a budget traveler, you might consider this hotel; otherwise, it’s not recommended to anyone. The AC couldn’t cool the room, mosquitoes kept me awake all night, and when I ran the fan, it made so much noise that I couldn’t sleep.

Staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent. I did not try the food 

Terrible place to stay geyser not working toilet sheet very dirty beds are giving sitty sound and bed sheet along with blankets are sticking very poor quality even have smell too bad

My expperience with hotel crown is average. I rate 4. 5 out of 10 because there is no soap no towel no mattress. But nature of the staff is very humble.

There was no drinking water, you were not clean.

Bathroom was not clean, leakage was there and a lot of mosquitoes in bathroom. And we ordered 2 veg snag that was not good prepared.

Room was very dirty and water was also not available in washroom, so much suffocation in the room. Only food is good.

I always stay here. Nice Hotel with all basic facilities. However its a bit cheap as comparison to oyo hotels. Oyo hotels are much cheaper.
