Review Of Hotel Polo View

Hotel was good as per money they charged me but little problem is sound come in all rooms if anybody talk outside. Have to do work more on service as hot water flow only from 6am to 10am, food was good and in bueget. The location is good just walking distance from nakki lake.

Good airy rooms, nice beds, clean bathroom, prompt service. Food was okay too. Connectivity was very good as the hotel is at walking distance to Nakki lake & market. Also, good restaurants available nearby.

He was a good facilities of hotel polo nice rooms and nice location, the hotel staff is very good, and food is good, the hot water facility is good and hotel cleaning is very good. My family is satisfy and all over good service

Hotel is located very near to market place and Taxi Stand. Very Good stay and all things are very nearer to this hotel. You will get taxi for sightseeing. All restaurants are also very nearer to this Hotel. Nakki Lake is 7 min walkable distance from the hotel. I would rate this hotel overall, good.

They do not provide evening bedding arrangement which normally all hotels do. We need wait for 24 hours for room to get cleaned. They accept only cash. I never knew that the hotel serves non veg. The bathroom was not per expectations.

When we checked into Hotel Polo View for a two-night stay, The manager Mr. Anoop Singh was there to greet us. His hospitality at this juncture was indeed impressive, and his knowledge about the sight-seeing places was really commendable. This raised our expectations a notch, but when we took our rooms, we discovered that the basic cleanliness was missing. The bathrooms had hair and muddy footprints lying all over, and the bed sheets too were soiled. The only thing worth appreciating was the reasonably good service of the staff. When we brought this to Mr. Singh notice, he was quite apologetic and told us that he would make earnest efforts to make our stay comfortable, which he did. He told us that because of the recent floods, there was a dearth of staff all over the hill station which was causing some problems for the tourists. So, if five-star luxury is not on ones mind, this place should hopefully satisfy most of your needs. By the way, we were told by the manager that almost on all weekends, people flock to Mount - as the locals address this place, so a booking of hotel beforehand is advisable.

Hotel is good, location is good and services is good and cleanliness is also good. Staff is good. I had ordered tea, coffee and bornvita and it was really good. I like to go again in this hotel. AC was so cold. Its location is near to Nakee lake and market, so you can go by walk. I give 4 stars out of 5.
