Good stay in Hotal Prayag, good staff and location. but I req for staff plz " aap log rooms ke corner me lage spider net ki taraf dhyan de".

A stay was good but room isn't that much good Its lil bit untidy .However its worth the price.

There were bed bugs, they did not turn on generator when light/electricity goes off. We have to take shower with cold water in dark without light, sheets were dirty,

Terrible Stay
Not happy with room and toilet cleanses, cockroaches are roaming in the room and toilet

Good morning sir sorry for your inconvenience but reality is well known to you. You opted standard non ac room but after check in you want to shift in d deluxe ac room room by paying a tip amount and when we not accepted this, that why you rated us like that. Try to book ac room next time in summer season. Thank you
