Untidy experience blankets very old like arranged from any tent house and washroom is stinky not recommended

Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. *issues* 1. *unclean rooms: the room allotted to me was not cleaned properly. There were dust particles and stains on the bedsheet. 2. *poor service: the hotel staff was unresponsive to my requests. I had to wait for over an hour to get my room key. 3. *amenities not available: water heater was not working, no charging points to charge the mobile. 4. *noise pollution: the hotel is located near a busy road, and the noise was disturbing. *makemytrip's role* while booking through makemytrip, i was assured of a smooth experience. However, the hotel's poor service and uncleanliness fell short of my expectations. Pathetic stay. Rooms are not clean and bathrooms are very dirty.. bathrooms smells very bad. Walls are breaking.

People are decent great comfort, rooms are clean and good ac are working fine all over good stay.

Hospitality is good but room size is little small from my expectation although there food taste is very good. Recommend for your next stay.

Location is central and the jwalaji temple within walking distance. Parking in open courtyard. Food was below par. Menu is very very limited and the vegetable biryani ordered was non-palatable. Hygiene is much below the standards of a mid-range hotel. We never expected it to be pristine but were quite shocked to see plastic glasses in the room. Toilet not cleaned and bed-linen spotted.

Bery close to jwalaji mandir. Xopperative staff. Nice food. Reasonable rates. And they have two lovely dogs

Rooms quality, washroom cleanliness, fittings in the washroom were not as expected for the amount they are charging. There was an electric shock in the tap, i think because of geyser connection. Lizards were roaming around in the washroom. No hot water in the shower. Red water bucket base was white because of stains. The furniture had marks of whitewash. Lot of dust under her bed and over the almirah. No window behind curtains was a surprise. Food was ok. Manager behaved well.

Hotel is recently started with very neat and clean rooms and an in-house restaurant with superb food quality which you do not get in places like jwalamukhi. Location is a plus point which is on state highway with walkable distance from temple.
