Cons. Hotel Lift does not have Power Backup. Three of us Sr Citizens had to go up and down the Stairs during power failure. Restaurant has limited options for Lunch and Dinner m, specially Vegetable Subjies. The focus was more on Paneer and Aaloo.

Property was under-construction Food is cheaper and taste is good but limited breakfast daily Poori Bhaji, Aloo Paratha and Poha Facilities not at all good phone is not working, No cleaning etc

Property is neat and clean and traveller friendly location is good with all the facilities traveller wants

Rooms are v good.Wash room is average with no shower and very poor towels.Food quality is excellent.Location is very good.The only resort with garden in Chitrakoot.

Excellent place of stay, Staff is cooperative , polite and helpful. Food quality in restaurant is good but missing Kari, kabli Channa and Dal makhni specially for North Indian as well as Idli, Wada and Dosa sambar for South Indian dishes. All major points are nicely approachable. Overall experience is wonderful.

Property is good however it needs a few improvements in the room like good cups, intercom facility, cleaning etc and more breakfast options.

The hotel was inaccessible by car as the approach road was under construction with over a foot high concrete blocks being laid. The photos on your website did not give any indication of this problem. We had to look for another accommodation. It would be better if you keep yourself updated about such developments in and around the properties

The hotel is very beautiful but the service here is very bad. The cleanliness of the hotel is very good. The food and drinks are average.

The hotel stay was very good. All the group members enjoyed their stay at the hotel & relaxed everyone after a long run. The food quality provided is a good one. The staff of the hotel are polite & peaceful.

Totally a disaster. it is a waste of money to book this hotel. No food , short staff , amenities were not good even though I can't give the hotel one star rating.

No shower in washroom. Washroom gate was broken and the hotel as well as make my trip support was trying to convince to adjust the situation.

Cleaning not so great, menu card kept in room isn't added with 10% extra on room service. Duvet cover was placed dirty, at 12am when showed to reception guy it was changed. Plates given in the room service along with food were dirty.
