Performance of hotel management and restaurant staff behaviour is not appreccial ,lower staff behaviour is not bad।

Room service is not too good .. I have booked family room but I get normal room instead of family room

The hotel was good compared to other hotels in Chitrakoot. Food is their plus point. They have a good variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. however there are few things which needs improvement. The rooms need deep cleaning which they were prompt to do after the feedback. They were taking every feedback seriously were were very prompt in improving the facilities. one should not compare the hotels in this area to one of the developed towns. overall it was a satisfactory stay.

Worst location, no hair dryer, no tea/coffee maker, horrible reception, very unclean rooms, lizards on the bed. Fans not working, defective lifts,room size is so small once the luggage is there in the room no place to even move, no safe, no hangers in the cupboard, no hooks in the washroom,very high and exorbitant pricing if you book the hotel If you book directly through hotel per night which is also way expensive for this room which should not be more than 2000 per night After speaking to the staff they say that the owner is reluctant to spent even the minimum amount required to be spent for the maintenance. It’s a new hotel but I am damn sure that with almost no maintenance of the rooms this hotel is destined for a total failure. Only the lower income group will be staying in this hotel in times to come with rates dipping to as low as less than 1000 rs per night.

Hotel is new and in good condition. But should focus on proper cleaning and maintenance. Parking also not there. U have to park your car on the road.

Clean average centrally located family place for a short stay. Staff was very helpful.

Neat and clean hotel, maintained good hygiene, good food in their restaurant. Staff responds promptly. Approach from route when one has to crossover the mandakini river ghat is very narrow and cumbersome while from the other side is ok. Our car was parked on the road in front of the hotel. At the time of checkout around 11:30 hrs no staff from hotel was available to clean our car. H’ever recommend to stay. By the way hotel was fully booked on line and no rooms were available when inquired by passerby.

Nice location, clean rooms and toilets. Food in the restaurant was also good. Owner mr dinesh was kind and helpful.

We give this bad review because the management behaved inhuman. While we two ladies survived from Maha Kumbha Mela and reached Chitrakoot totally tired, road to this hotel was blocked by police. When we told them of this, they were not at all empathetic. They took full money knowing our situation

No basic amenities were there in the hotel. Started the new hotel with out complete facilities like no mirror in the room, no rod in almira for hangers, no tea coffee making kit, no blowers for cold weather.

Good room, clean and hygiene. Very helpful staff. Rooms and food quality are good. Lot of attraction in close proximity of hotel.
