On the first day, you had booked a Superior Room, and on the following day, an Executive Room, which is our standard category. Our team allocated the rooms exactly as per the bookings. On the day you requested a complimentary upgrade, we were already fully sold out, and our staff had also informed you of the same. Since other guests were waiting in the lobby for check-in, unfortunately it was not possible to provide a free upgrade at that time. Regarding the invoice, since your reservation was made through MMT, the invoice is generated and provided directly by them. However, as per your request, I also provided you with a copy from our side for your records. We truly value your feedback and assure you that we will continue to work towards improving our services. Overpriced as per room
We stayed in the presidential suite . Room & washroom was spacious & well-planned . Service was slow may be due to high volume of guest. And bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean at all and it seemed the room was not cleaned after the precious guest . It was changed upon request. Handwash was not refilled in the washroom. Hot water was not coming in the shower. Food was good. Bed was comfortable. And breakfast was decent .

Hotel was good at an economy rate. Food was delicious and thanks to providing cab at an early morning.
