Review Of Hotel Palm Suite

I don’t even feel like giving 1 star for my experience with Hotel Palm Suites. I booked here twice and both times were terrible. The rooms are far from hygienic, the bathrooms are poorly maintained for the price, and the AC doesn’t work properly. The Mallu guy at the counter is extremely rude and behaves like he’s doing a favor instead of providing service. First stay: I booked for 3 days with my wife (a decision I’ll regret for life) and stayed only because no other rooms were available nearby. Even after paying the full amount, they refused any refund. On the third day, I extended for 2 more days. That night, after returning from a movie at 2 am with my phone switched off, the counter guy accused me in front of my wife of trying to run away without paying—without even checking our room, where all our luggage was kept. His childish behavior forced me to respond firmly. Second stay: I only booked because my designer friends were coming early in the morning and needed a place to freshen up before work. I booked a double occupancy room and listed their names in the registration form. When they arrived, he refused to let even one of them in. I came downstairs to talk, but he started being rude before I could say a word. I left immediately, giving him the same tone he gave me. If you’re looking for a place to stay nearby, never choose this hotel. Poor hygiene, broken amenities, and the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Rooms condition is so pathetic, bedsheet is dirty even you don't think to sit on it... so i request for another room they changed my room but same condition of that room too. so i decided to go another property because in such a smelly and poor room can't give you comfort or sleep.. at that time of movement, so my money was with held with them as i had paid online before reaching to propert

The stay was actually really good. Room was clean and made likeable. Bathroom also had all necessary things.

As advertised on google, this is not a 3 star hotel. The receptionist himself confirmed this. This is no star hotel. Rooms are shabby. Poorly maintained. Nothing is there.

Hotel palm suite is a budget hotel near christ university, for a short stay this is the best place

Parking facility is not available in palm suite hotel. The staffs behavior is average. In room, tv monitor is available but not working.

Poor room. Bathroom of two hues t rooms were common exhaust. Getting noise from other rooms. Tv is just demo piece. No service available. Seems owner not interested in buiness. Running hotel only if any customer gets stuck-ed through mmt.

Terrible experience. Not clean at all. Broken mug and unclean bucket. Tore blanket. Stained bedsheet. I explained them.

I stayed there for one night with 2 adults. Inside the room, one complimentary water bottle (1/2 litre, towel, soap. They provided wifi but no tv connection as i understand from hotel While the room size is so small, it is ok for a day. But few things i wanted to highlight 1) receptionist was rude while asking for slowness of wifi. 2) no toilet seat on the clauset 3) health faucet was in a miserable condition and water was oozing out all around the faucet. 4) room was not maintained properly overall very dissatisfied. Recommend not to plan this hotel at any cost

First they give me the small room i want not even think that. It's unhygienic and not that much clean i don't even feel gud vibe there then i request some other room like i convinced them after i get room that was at-least okey. Without ac you are seeing in budget to stay one day means ok otherwise prefer some other hotel in this rate

I have visited in connection with my child's admission to a reputed college in Bengaluru. I have booked a non AC room.My experience was good. They provide free drinking water and free WiFi. Hot water also provided.

The bathroom is not cleaned properly. Whole an unhygienic atmosphere. While the location of the hotel is convenient and the staff were polite, these positives do not outweigh the serious cleanliness issues. I urge the management to improve their housekeeping standards to ensure future guests do not encounter the same problems.

The person at the reception had a worst behavior. He don't know how to deal customers. He was speaking rudely to us. Lacking minimum manners.

Tv not working, stuffy room, reception ok, no room food service. Lift ok, no towel, no toiletries, soap provided
