Good

Hotel is in a lane, without any board at road. Room size was small, no hot water, no RO or Aquaguard, booking was for 3, but provided a double bed. Owner told us if not satisfied, then leave hotel. Actually cost of room was 700 only but at MMT, it was costlier than it's actual business.

Room and washroom was filthy. Even though the rooms were vacant, the staff denied early check in saying that the same are occupied. Few of them are very arrogant. Hotel is near the temple however not known by the people around.

The hotel is near to Mahala mandir but it is located in narrow lane and address is also not clear so you have to put effort to locate the hotel. I reached the hotel a day after Diwali so no staff was there no house keeping work had been done so result room was in mess. Remote of tv and AC was also not working. Except location nothing is good about the hotel.

Hotel location was good but there was no cleanliness in room always there was bad smell in room. There must be facility of 24×7 electricity. Makemytrip must review this hotel once so that facilities and conditions of hotel can be improved and further no tourist can face problem.

Location was good Facility Very low No aqua-guard use for water Staff behaviour too rude So I suggest please don't stay here and MMT also not solve my problem. I complain for that only MMT Parson says please manage if I pay money then why should I manage.

Room is in good condition and location is also good but there is no room service in room. AC is not working, shower also not working, Hotel not know about the booking, when we reach they confirm the booking.

Good hotel and good location. Near Mahakal temple. Room are neat & clean, 50 meters walking distance. Nice management fully enjoyed me & my friend. Manager Sunny are very helping person Ujjain darshan auto & omkareshwar temple 320 km
