Review Of Hotel Pacific

Service is good but environment is bad. Room condition is not goods ac not work properly & hospitality is average.

I reached 10. 30 pm at the hotel. I am asking about my dinner they said the kitchen was closed. I walked alone and brought the lunch at the hotel they are telling the parcel not to be allowed at the hotel.

Rooms were clean. The hotel staff was helpful. The restaurant is superb. Would definitely recommend it for a pleasant experience!

Bad hospitality and poor arrangements

Location is in prime area where you can get access to all shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious. However restaurant is not up to my liking.

Needs upgrade in every amenity of the room, everything from ac, bathroom, appliances have become old.

It is very out of marcket, can't pick up rickshaw from market or they charge double

I not stay in this hotel because they are not allowed couples and i am not satisfied of mmt only fro d otherwise nothing

It's very close to the railway station and location was also too good

Worst to cost, they are not giving even water bottle, not allowed outside food. So many restrictions. Bla Bla. I will refer this Hotel to anybody.

Very bad hotel bad behavior of receptionist. First they dont tell the rules of there hotel and then I ordered food from outside they don't allow to eat in the room they want us to buy from their hotel only which was too costly.

Tv too small and view wrong Side of wall hence not able to watch the tv. And bathroom shower not working properly.
Staff disturb repetitive. Bad experience

Smell is coming from carpet in the room.

Good stay, property is old but still in the heart of city and not bad for just go and sleep, price is bit high according to it.

If you want to stay here with your family, it's a safe and good choice.

Comfortable staying at Gondia .. The location is mid of city pleasant stay having good facilities for comfortable .. Only parking is not available. Need to create parking spaces. Over all very good hotel in terms of personal or, business classes both .. Nerd to add meal plan on line booking. I suggest every one to take a chance while visiting Gondia
