We were given a room at the top floor it was some kind of a storage floor. We could smell ciggerate all around and bundles of clothes lying around. It felt unsafe. Food service was very late, had a huge menu but did not offer anything. The location of the hotel is good if you are visiting for an official purpose. Room & washroom were ok, considering the price.

There's no lift after 4th floor and they wantedly gave us on 6th floor as we used some offers in mm t and booked for a very low price. And the services also not good. Like the room card key is not working properly. We complained them twice but they are not taking care of that.

Good location with great food
Staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are good but no views from the room. It's ok if you are travel-ling for work. The food is great and pricing is also reasonable.

groupThe facility like mineral water bottle, electric kettle, tea/coffee facility not available not provided even asked for the same. As hotel owner has stop the same. The room are small & tariff is higher. Staff not wearing any mask.

Worst experience ever
I have requested for early check in while doing this booking still they charged 500 rs for it and they didnt provide ke any receipt for that. Later in the night around 2-3 am some stupid hotel staff oeople started ringing my door bell. Staff is not at all polite looks like they are doing a favour on me while goving me room. I would have never stayed in that hotel if i know all this about the hotel. Worst worst every thing.
