    Terrible Stay

    We have visited the hotel at 12. 00 pm because of my train has delayed. Hotel attender was asked me no room vacant, we are requesting pols check our already booking done also payment done. But they have asking make my trip has allotted extra booking. Pls consult to make my trip this type room many time they are booking and no room vacant. Conclusion of details, we have taken other hotel after 2 hrs wondering with my family in middle night. If possible pols return our booked amount. In future we will think, we will take any services or not, this the feed back.
