This was OYO hotels, which is not at all for family..

The receptionist had taken extra 300-/Rs from me when I checked in the hotel. I had raised the issue to the concerned person but didn't get the solution till now. I had send him the bill which he had given me at the time of check out. Can the authorities check it out why he had charged me extra

The room was okay. But the receptionist asked us extra money saying the classic room i booked is not available, so i need to pay extra for the standard room. The pictures for the classic room are exactly the same as the standard room i stayed in the hotel. I don’t know if the classic room even exists. In any case, the hotel needs to maintain their presence accurately and not let customers find such things out at the hotel doorstep. I am not from Hyderabad, I’m visiting India for a few days - I’m not sure if this is a common practice at most budget hotels.
