Dirty surroundings. Unhighgenic rooms. Shabby service. Not to be recommended to anyone. Rooms were not cleaned, foul smell. Staff not properly groomed to cater to customer requirements. Shabby linen and bed sheets

I have booked 2 rooms for rs. 1244 after discount. When we reach the property the guy sitting in reception told that the low rate is due to some technical issue. He demanded another rs 1300 to stay there. Otherwise he will not give room. The attitude of the guy was rude and when we question him he was very angery. The location and surroundings of this property is very bad and ugly. The rooms are also not clean. Please do not select this property.

The reception was very informative and helpful. Although would have liked packaged water. The room was good for me as i was travel-ling solo.

The stay was horrible. Couldn't even able to stay there more than 10mins and we checked out. Pathetic rooms, walls and everything

he called me told in the OYO ppl told them, i have to vacate the room. i have booked for one day 29-30 June. my Confirmation ticket also 29 June 12 pm to 30th 11 am. pls call back. he rude behavior. i want my money back.

Once you reach the hotel, it's a decent place to stay - value for money. However, it's located in a alley a little inside from the main road.

Hotel receptionist is good but hotel boys are not so responsive. Maintenance is not so good. We have faced problem during check-in at hotel and have to wait with kids and ladies about 1 hours due to poor communication between oyo and hotel authority. We have paid full amount while bookings, but asked for extra pay at check-in time. Hotel authority informed that no rooms are available at that price though we have valid booking. After a Long process of complaints and after a Long harassment we could check in at earlier booking price.

One cannot find it easily otherwise hotel is good, supporting staff. Good service providers
