Very nice room and staff and services. Very safe hotel.

Quality of staff is bad. Unprofessional with lowest level of respect and mannerism for customer. I escaped the issue with the owner and then things improved. Overall bad. Used bed covers, leaked water pipes, none availability of towel and napkins. Avoid if you can

Poor service. No proper basic facilities like a geyser. Electricity sockets were not working. Room service not up to the mark.

Very good room and staff behaviours

Service and varieties of foods are not acceptable. After placing food order, they forgot to deliver then we called again and again for food. It took Around 1.5 hours to deliver. They are not cleaning room at our convenient time they insist us to leave the hotel room Key but we did not agree for that. There are no options for breakfast items too.

The rooms are not clean dth are not working service is slow, the location was good but service are not good. And hotel is very disturbing. The voices of other rooms guest are also very noisy. The waiters are nice in nature, they tried to help us more.

Great experience. Good food, good staff, no restrictions, amazing swimming pool, just a little bit of cleanliness issues in the rooms. A little bit far from there city. A little too expensive too. Otherwise would surely recommend a stay.

For those who are looking for a budget friendly hotel, this is the one. Low on budget doesn't make it cheap in services. Well furnished room, centralised AC, everything needed for a comfortable stay. Clean too. Parking facility and good food. Worth staying.
