I am very much happy to stay at hotel shangrila elite. Its total service was very good and it is near to railway station.

They simply denied checkin and said i’ve booked the hotel at a lower amount. Definitely not a place for family stay. Y

I booked this hotel for my driver and even paid the money but the receptionist denied the booking and asked us to book another hotel.

The guy at the reception asking to give them extra 700 rupee he said that they having problem with booking there price is higher than i have no other option and there no contact info for if i having this kind of problem there no option to tell about it it's very bad experience i had there

Location is about 700-800 mtrs from railway station so walking distance. but apart from that everything is bad. or worst. I booked online and got OYO discount, but when i reached to the hotel, hotel reception told me to pay extra as that discount OYO has given to me is not valid or he asked me to call oyo. Then, he asked me whether I have my own water, if I have, then he will not provide. I asked him for towel and he simply handed over to me, I ne};/ded to carry it on my own to the room. There was no blanket in the room. I needed to ask him for it. The room was dirty, with cockroaches roaming around. Ac was not working. Hot water was not available at morning. in all, terrifying experience. And when I told him that i will review about it, he said he dont care so much about reviews. Honest opinion. Dont book this hotel. Near railway station there are many neat and clean hotels available.

Acha hai pr thk bhi hai or nahi bhi room service ok reception thk hai time ka phela room mile jata hai

Old customer hairs. Broken window and many more. Not recommend. Booked room with breakfast but no offering
