Terrible Stay

Vey bad. Ac was not working properly, food service is not available, they don't have water bottles and they give some old dirty bottle, they do not have toiletries. Landline was not there in the room and nothing was available. Staff was saying we are new and we don't know anything.

Check-in time is 12 pm but rooms allocated at 9pm. Even then, Ac was not operational and we could hardly sleep in the summer heat. From our stay, it looked like rooms are let out at hourly rates to couples, hence they are not able to provide rooms to existing booking
