Very bad property and bed services o rama palace give me non ac room and I will pay Addison 300rs. For shift ac room Totally bad experience

The hotel owner was very rude, when i checked in the room the washroom light was not working, i shared the same with the hotel staff to resolve but unable to resolve. When i shared the same thing with the owner over the phone he said *ho jaayega*, but it couldn't happen, when i asked him to upgrade in ac room then he said, *uska 650 lagega extra he literally said aapno property nhi kharid li hai 500 me. I said i will share this feedback, he replied pehele aap feedback hi share kar lo fir check in karna* i am a regular traveler in up. I have never been treated like this in my entire career by any hotel. Overall my experience was worst while staying in the hotel rama palace. I will not come again.

Disgusting service. Our room lock was jammed and we could not open the room any longer once after closing the door. Staffs are not at all cooperative. Finally we got to realise that the key provided to us was that of a different room and hence there was so much difficulty in opening the room. Behavior of the staffs were abominable It's really striking that how can such a hotel be on mmt list.
