Ac not provided. They gave me non ac room.

I was not given room for 2 hours. The staff was very rude. No hygiene was maintained. No breakfast provided. Rooms provided was in the worst condition.

Overall it was fine. Few things could be improved but staff were very cooperative and helpful.
Room size was too small. No chair or table available.

Hotel is good infrastructure, clean washroom, well maintained room, problem is only in food. The quality of food is not good.
Must improve food quality, other then fine.

It's near PGI, so good for someone attending conference.
