Review Of Hotel O Punjab Residency

The experience was very bad.. they did not even know they have a booking when i reached. Room was very dirty bathroom was smelling badly not lights were there on the floor no mirror was there very bad experience it was feeling like and abandoned place.. i did not stay there it was not worth of staying my money got wasted i want my money back the staff was very unprofessional.. there was dirt all over the place.. hotel was not matching with the ratings on app.. i want refund.

The room was quite comfy, with wonderful beds and chairs. There are also sufficient towel and hot water in the clean toilets.

The surroundings kept elegance without losing comfort. The inviting and warm atmosphere, carefully created in every detail, provided for a truly wonderful stay.

My visit to this place was a pleasureful and enjoyable. It has a good place to explore nice room with various amenities. Best proeprty.

I had come to this hotel with my family. We had much fun as we came for winter vacations. Good rooms with, cozy beds, and big bathrooms.

They charged me extra when i get there, and no electronics appliances working properly, even the bad smell coming on floor.

Too bad experience, booked rooms from two rooms, for 2days, but when we arrived they told we have to pay more. They told we have to pay more per room per day which means I have to pay more for two rooms for two days. I have to pay as I don’t have any option of refund of the booking money I had paid Horrible rooms and experience also, room was not worth Sometimes AC not working sometimes water not coming etc etc…Just want to say ban the hotel

What should i share if hotel punjab residency did not give check in?

Hotel guy was asking more than what we paid. then started arguing, he was so arrogant and had such terrible attitude. we did not stay there as he later refused to let us in.

The staff was very arrogant, i booked this hotel from make my trip for rs 662 but after i visit there, the receptionist was like i don't accept your booking, you have to pay 300 rs more or cancel your booking. After long argument i was ready to pay 300 and get the room, but room was very bad. Bathroom was dirty, smell coming from bedsheet and blanket. So bad experience with that hotel, i'll never ever visit there again
