Room is not up to mark cloths are changed after several requests. Staffs are good helping nature. No thanks

Worst hotel i have visited its not a hotel its gutka tambaku wall ka ghar sabse kharab h yegg hag-ah pt a nhi hotel kisne bol diya isko

The hotel was good but the staff was not good, rude and unhelpful. No cleanliness in the room(there was left over and garbage in the room including used c*nd*m and lots of hair here and there. That was very disgusting) the ac wasn't working properly and had no remote. Electric cables were exposed and it could've been dangerous for me. Something was hidden in the washroom with tape and newspaper. Very bad. I felt like i was deceived because while booking it was showing wifi available but when i reached the hotel they said that it's just available in the counter area and not in rooms. That was very inconvenient. I couldn't even cancel my booking because it was non-refundable, i was very disappointed. I booked because i was very exhausted and needed rest while i completed my work in the hotel room but because of no wifi i couldn't do that. I believe there should be proper transparency of things so that a customer can decide whether to book it or not. I am not happy after all this and i wish to give it no stars. I would not prefer this property, nor recommend it to anyone. Highly disappointed.

Hotel has charged 400 rs more to me

Location is excellent and food

Hotel was good but I will experience very bad about tv, clean, water, AC and very slow response by hotel reception.
