After reaching in hotel they not accepted at booked amount and increased amount of tariff before check-in hotel

No proper maintenance

I recommend/request you to unlist *Hotel o plus corporate one* They took by saying we don't belong to online booking app Out of now option,

Dear make my trip team, Im feel very bad. It is not a hotel. Im booked Ac room, they said Ac room not available. Im asked the receptionist, she told me who is told to book our hotel - we said, no then why are you asking us, said. That is not a hotel.. dear friends dont book this hotel in future. Im asked her to return the amount she is not ready and spoke rudely. Feel very bad.

The name board of the property is not clear. On insisting, and informing that we have already paid for the stay, he allowed. Hotel is ordinary. Though, we had paid for breakfast included stay, breakfast was not available. We left without it.

Breakfast was not provided during my stay as it is mentioned in booking. Housekeeping staff not visited even a single day for room cleaning. Telephone number not working for order/complaints

The hotel has not provided Breakfast during the stay period and does not send any housekeeping for Room cleaning. The Landline was not working for required services or complaints. The owner's behaviour is very rude.

When i recently stayed at this hotel, i had an amazing time. The staff was really accommodating and kind.

Manager satish is not hospitable. Staff is rude. Foul smell is in the room, bedsheets, and blankets. Once reported this they mentioned it was cleaned. Property location is good u can connect to nh4 again in 10mins of drive. Services in the hotel is very poor.

Worst staff receptionist girl was very bad mannered

Very bad experience, at hotel not allowed for check-in, due to your booking was not reflecting to them. Much bad experience. I was with small kid of 4months old. Also the property was located in jungle. No transportation. Literally we are fools by taking confirmation letter from makemy trip. We requested and we fight. We beg for check-in. But not allowed. Because of makemytrip issues.
