I want a return my money i didn't stay in hotel because no ac working. And it's not hotel. This is pg. For boys. And staff is very bad no helpful

Biggest cheaters
Not for families. Only for unmarried couples short stay. Dirty beds & washroom. Cheating guests after collecting money for services. Having paid for complimentary breakfast, what i got was four small slices of bread.

Worst hotel compare to hygiene & safety
The room was i stayed so much dirty there is no tv in the room washroom was very dirty and unhygienic bed pillow was so dirty washroom flash not working in this pandemic situation other hotels committed they will provide hygiene and safety but this hotel i had worst experience. I would never suggest anybody to stay in this hotel

Average hotel but good pricing offered
The hotelier said that due to less kitchen staff no complimentary breakfast can be provided and they informed the booking partner also. So if will tell them I would get a refund of my complimentary breakfast

Not provided breakfast
Location not good for family. Checkin at 2:16pm and they provided room at 3:30. No towel, no toiletries. Asked towel number of times and in the last i went to reception and wait for 30 minutes for towel. For drinking water you have to wait for 2 hours. For food, they simply refuse to provide food by saying that kitchen is closed.
No safety standards at all. No social distance, dirty room, not wearing mask no hand sanetizer

No tv and washroom hot water heater not working
Not good hotel for family only couples and all room are good but no tv working and no hot water heater working

Beds not clean

Food quality was good but service was very slow, stay was average as expected
As i reached early morning prior communicated to the hotel still their staff was not available to sanitise the room for my satisfaction, with a small bottle of sanitiser they tried to convince me for sanitising of the room.

Stay & fooding
Stay was average as i planned, food quality was good but service was very slow.
I had booked 2 rooms with complimentary breakfast but the hotelier denied that they have not received the booking with complimentary breakfast, after showing my booking details they provided it but with lots of arguments. Service was also very poor because as i reached early in the morning for which i had informed them prior, and i asked to sanitise the room in front of me to get satisfied they said staff will be coming by 10 am and after that only they can sanitise the room, and with a small sanitiser bottle they tried to sanitise it, but how is it possible with a small bottle of sanitiser you sanitise the whole room.

Terrible Stay
They are not provided soap for hand wash and not given Bath towel. Washroom not flushed very dirty washroom and tv not working. Bed sheet and Bath towel are very dirty not proper washed I Am not came next time very worst service is there
