Review Of Hotel O NityaLike a 3

I searched for a hotel near Hotel Park Inn by Radisson and find that OYO Hotel is only 90 meters away from Park Inn, however in fact it is approximately 600 meters away. I checked about facilities before booking and found that it offers Western Style Toilet, but after checking in, I have been given a room with Indian Style Toilet; it was in no way acceptable to me, but I could not get any scope for cancellation of the booking. I somehow stayed one night, although I had booked for two nights. I don't know how it can be OYO Certified one.

Property is 7km away from ram mandir and on ram path, I booked 2 classic room for 5 person with AC . They provided only one 2nd was a terrible to stay . Amenities were so pathetic that even toiletries were not available. No parking , No restaurant . they were such a fool they didn’t ask for any identity card as well . toilets washing not working . Less to write more to understand
