The property is terrible...rooms are filled with foul smell bugs and what not...I will suggest you gys to stay in dharmshala rather than this hotel. Rude staff receptionist unhygienic rooms..

Everything felt fresh and modern here. Our room was spotless and updated. We loved the clean contemporary feel of our accommodation during the stay.

Showed real appreciation for solo travelers. Staff was welcoming and room was spotless. Made my independent trip feel special.

It was so horrible. The location is inside the streets which cannot be traced properly even using Google maps. The receptionist doesn't pick up the phone for giving directions to hotel, even after we had called multiple times. When we reached hotel, The receptionist was sleeping and he is so rude and behaves disgustingly even with women. I believe that he had a lot of pan and guthka hence whenever he speaks, it smells so bad. There is no bell boy and they don't help to carry luggage knowing that there is no lift on the property. The rooms are very dirty with hair on the white bed sheets. The geyser is not working hence there is no hot water. We have trusted the photos available on make my trip but the photos are not true at all. The room we stayed in had no proper lock and we felt so unsafe, we kept hearing noise from other people late in the night and the management of the property doesn't properly take care of the property. There is no restaurant in hotel and to get food, you need to walk a lot of distance. Never go to this place. Very bad.

check in denied by the hotel at reception we had to find alternate accommodation in the middle of the night with our family please don't book this hotel it is at very poor location you will have to spend lot of time to find the location of this hotel terrible experience from this hotel

Central but peaceful area for stay. Room had convenient access to everything. Staff provided good location information.

Had a great time staying here by myself. Room was perfect size and staff made sure I was okay. Would come back for solo trips.

Support system really works for solo explorers. Staff gave great local advice and room was comfortable retreat each evening.
