I have the 5 star rating before but now they are not up to the mark, staff were not good, food is not satisfactory, I’ve stayed there for more than 10 days without WiFi( after complaining each and every day), no proper response after the online payment at the time of check-in in the morning they made us wait for 4 hours to seek that out, finally I have to cancel my entire booking and have to pay at the hotel that cost me extra, how ridiculous is that. Just cause of the ambience and location, I am going for 3 star rating. Have to improve a lot.
