Location decent, no food served, hygiene is a minus 10, all rooms have dirty bedsheets n towels, bathrooms also have stains, the blankets also had stains of oil food and what not.

Stay was not up to the mark

I have the 5 star rating before but now they are not up to the mark, staff were not good, food is not satisfactory, I’ve stayed there for more than 10 days without WiFi( after complaining each and every day), no proper response after the online payment at the time of check-in in the morning they made us wait for 4 hours to seek that out, finally I have to cancel my entire booking and have to pay at the hotel that cost me extra, how ridiculous is that. Just cause of the ambience and location, I am going for 3 star rating. Have to improve a lot.

Room was not available for check-in.

Unprofessional staff. Room was not ready even at 3pm. Waited around 1 hour to get the room. They gave us a room which wasn't ready for stay (non working AC, TV remotes were not there, broken flush handles in toilet etc). After insisting multiple times, they changed our room.
