I was really happy with the staff and their cordial behaviour i must recommend everyone for their stay at the hotel

The photos that are uploaded do not show the true picture, as the rooms are not in a good condition at all. I was a given a room at first which was in horrible condition. They shifted me to a slightly better room, but still not upto the mark, as shown in the photos. There was water seepage visible on the walls. The rooms was unhygienic. For example, the blanket provided has stains on them. There was foul odour in the washrooms. The entire night, there was no power. A hotel without backup power in today's time does not make sense. I feel they deliberately switched off the power of the room to save on electricity consumption. I called on mm t customer service to put forth my grievance. The agent was kind enough to check with the hotel and put me on hold. After his conversation with the hotel, the power suddenly came back. I feel this hotel is poorly managed and is simply not worth the money i paid. Not recommended at all.

Location is easy to locate. Food is good and tasty. Restaurant is available.

The property is not suitable for family stay, should be unlisted from the list. 4 star rating was made me make my decision for the stay but after reaching there the people staying there were drunk. I didn't even stayed there due to family security reasons. I'll post my review on other platforms as well.
