Location and food
Location is difficult to reach. Rooms are spacious but lacks cleanliness. Kitchen doesn't open till 9. 30am and there are no food outlets anywhere near so you don't even get a cup of tea in the morning till 9. 30. I would not be staying here again.

Check in was denied at the hotel. I have to search another hotel in the night at 10 pm. You are cheating and doing frauds with your customer. I urge to refund my booking amount. Please stop your hotel booking services. It's not your cup of cake. You continue only with travel-ling business. You are cheating your customers
