Pathetic hotel, dirty spots in blanket and bed sheet, no service, no toiletries, bathroom uncleaned, the window was broken and mosquitos barged in the room. Pathetic

Iwas disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean upon arrival—dirty floors, stained linens, and an overall lack of upkeep. Service was also frustratingly slow; it took multiple calls and a long wait just to get basic requests fulfilled. Definitely not what I expected, especially for the price. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.

Room was okay. Denied breakfast included with booking, no complimentary water, no towels in the room. Other than that room was clean and ac and tv was working properly.

The location was good but the staff was not at all co-ordinating. I had booked the room with breakfast but when we reached the attendant clearly said that it won't be possible as it is not showing me. So don't book a room with breakfast here. Also, the service is so slow that it takes forever for them to deliver water bottles. I myself had to go down and bring water from the counter. If you are planning to stay here, don't.

I had a great stay at this hotel, perfectly located in a prime spot with easy access to key attractions. The rooms were comfortable and offered excellent value for the price. Additionally, the room service was prompt and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience.

Zero hospitality and poor service. Also i have booked a room for two days with including breakfast. But hotel has denied to accept that also make my trip service is pathetic. They had promised me to return the compensation amount but till today i did not receive any amount. I have escalated this issue with make my trip customer care but there is no response. Pathetic experience and support.

The stay was good but the service was really slow. The place was at the center of the city around many cafes and shops.

Hotel staff ask for extra money and rooms are very dirty no water in washroom and very dirty, pics of room showing in mmt aap was not hotels rooms very small ghatiya room or agar facilities nhi de sakte to dhanda chalu kaur lo katora le lo hath me

Water is logged in bathroom when we check in room was completely wet when we said to staff they will said that it will get dried automatically

Need to be focus on tv and bathroom

Staff was polite, food was delicious.

1. Location is prime, easy to find. 2. In the reasonable rate, good to have a checkout. 3. All facilities were provided as mentioned in description.

Hotel staff is very helping and waiters were on at room's door within minutes after call. Food service in rooms was till 3 am. And it was good for me. Thank u kg estate staff.

It is best stay at this rate and also the staff behaviour is so kind and the facilities are also fine

Food and rooms both are overrated, staff behaviour was so bad, food is too much expensive with worse quality and taste.

Good environment of hotel to stay couples and good location shopping malls are near to hotel. In the room you feel fresh and hygiene cool rooms perfect stay and value of money.

Very bad. Not at all value for money. Staff is not at all hospitable. Extremely poor services. Food is bad. Nobody should go to this hotel.

Stayed for a night. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious but they put all the dirt under the bed. The bathroom stand was broken. Room service can improve. Overall 3/5.
