There were no electricity in the area in night and no inverter in property. Price of the property also fairly justifies the fact that they cannot afford to give more than bare minimum services. We were there for an exam next day, hence wanted a good rest before exam. The property was the only property next to center so it was best choice in terms of commute. But with a lil extra charges, they can peovide additional services like inverter, and better hygiene etc.

Happy to stay i will ask everyone to have a visit.
