The hotel receptionist was very rude and use abuse language
They charge me 1000 rs cash extra and use abuse language. Even he stop me to check out on register they stop me to write check out time. I am late only 30 min. Because of my exam. Kindly refund my amount

They were first says we couldn't provide any food room condition is so horrible n also a bad smell from 6. 00 am i m asking for no water in washroom but they are saying moter is running at last i buy 2ltr water bottle from mkt use it such experience of my life ?
