Review Of HOTEL CASSA INN

Poor experience i have booked for 2 days but due to unmanaged facility i have checkout with in 1st day. In shower there is salty water seems like dirty water no exhaust is there when asked for bedding as per booking for extra they gave poor mattress instead of bedding i have faced so many issues when called for room service said you guys are making noise as there is complaint from other room as we are family booked for 2 days stay why would we will make unwanted disturbance. I will nor recommend to book just by seeing images and review very poor service and experience

The hotel is quite new, so the room I got was still in maintenance I suppose. Only the tv socket was working. Were would a person charge their gadgets ? Washroom was not clean , they cleaned it after I told them to do so. It should be done before the guest arrival . No toiletries were there. they have to far to provide a decent stay. Overall I didn't like the stay.
