Hotel Pradoe - (Opp Mittal Mall)

Service is not that good staff was unprofessional, and there is No proper kitchen available in the hotel

Rooms were small camparatively, Fan was making noise which disturbed my sleep, etc, Room rent was very high as per amenities No parking area as we left vehicle on road.

Bath tub plug was faulty on asking for fixing they said no, no breakfast after making me wait for 1 hour

ordered egg biryani and after 1 hr hotel staff told me they will take more 20 min and if I want to cancel , I can cancel. hotel restaurant and house keeping is pathetic . please dont ever go to this hotel.

I am sorry to say rooms were very small. hospitality was also not upto the mark. I felt like I stay in OYO hotel. Overall not a good experience.

Location- Good. No in house Restaurant. Room service though expensive but good. Food quality good. Friendly and supportive staff. Value for money.

stay was very good and rooms are so well maintained and staff is cooperative amazing and wonderful stay

sray for 2 night. good and plasent stay , supporting stuff. room was neat and clean . now hotel under construction but stuff are maintain good.

No cooling in room at all ... suffocated and nothing worth it spending money on breakfast and higest catogary rooms cause it’s below thn average.. at the time of checkout they forced for extra charges for no use things and freeze is also not working

There is no coordination among the staff at the hotel. I called twice, but they still did not provide the dental kit. There was so much trouble with dinner; it was provided at 10:30 despite being promised for 8:30. Poor management. The rooms are okay, but the management is poor. If they want to make their property successful, they need to improve their management. Amenities mentioned in hotel details are not readily available. Breakfast and lunch dinner package does not have much options. No restaurant. Poor room service. Good quality was good.

Hotel was near and clean,Food was good , staff was very nice and polite , location was ok , there was no parking only street parking and also rooms are smaller .

Bad housekeeping services, found lizard in room, no replacement of old soap which was used by previous guest, delay in food serving after 1.30 hrs after order, no water bottle provided, I ordered water bottle but that one also got at reception when it was not delivered after ordered. This is the 3-4th time i visited this hotel. Its the best for business purposes. Rooms are clean and tidy which is the most important thing for me.

property is neat and clean but there is penlty of thing which hotel have to focus on them like there is no any hooks for cloths in washroom. and second there is no arrangements of soaps or hanhwash gel for washing hand and no proper arrangements of food. I called the hotel staff to clean the electric kettle but he refuse to do coz shortage of staff. service time for any request is very much delayed. keep the room feel fresh all the time paste a room freshner in each and every toilet. there is no slippers avilable in room.
