Service not good, staff is unprofessional, Not room amenity,Cleaning issue and food quality is very bad, in breakfast only one item that’s quality very bad.

Property’s infra is terrible. Poor quality rooms/ washrooms/ service. Unusable charging points. Staff behaviour was also not at all supportive.

No one help to Carry luggage bags, i am giving very poor rating to welcome service. No proper juices available in buffet also . Room service is good . Parking is good . No proper juices available in buffet.

I had a bad experience in terms of comfortable because people stayed there was shouting out i have complained for more then 3-4 times they didn’t even asked them to close the door. Rest the food and the staff i liked the most

I would probably never recommend this hotel to anyone. I placed dinner order at 10:15 pm and had to take follow up till 11:55 pm. Still i was so annoyed with the arrogant behavior of their "useless" manager who said me that i check if it is possible. I mean no one was bothered that one is taking follow up for food for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I was so annoyed that i left my room at night itself around 12:15 am and no one was bothered for that too. I clearly heard that counter boy called some mr joginder regarding payment and he told him to delete all due to which they did not give me bill. Then i asked for bill, it was noy given either. One word "pathetic" will remain most suitable as they are running this hotel with road side kind staff who don't know basic ethics even related how to treat guests. @make my trip, i strongly suggest you to remove this hotel from your platform.

Stayed overnight at this hotel during recent business trip. The location and breakfast are very good. Rooms are sizeable but need a little maintenance. The staff is cooperative and hospitable.

It's a good hotel to stay just in the heart of the city rooms are clean, food is good and staff is very polite.

No proper cleaning in room, toilet sheet having water issue water leakage in washroom from upper floor
