We have been staying in hotels from last 27 years and none of them have charged for extra bedding. This hotel charged us 1500 rupees for 1 extra bed in each room which is like 4500 rupees for 3 rooms we booked. If we had extra person then actually listed on the booking then it's understandable but there was no extra person. So really disappointing experiences.

coupleI have bewn staying in this hotel for last 6 years, its always a good expwrience, my last visit added surprises for new dishes in menu card, which i always wished. I always prefer a garden view room, which includes lovely natural daylight and night sight seeing of garden lights. Apart from non veg tandoori ( which is my husbands favourite) food i love the humble and professional staff who always win our heart. I highly recommend travelers, who are looking for a hygienic and cool place, to have a stay at three palms. 5* ratings !

Hotel refused to give the rooms. Then on spot we taken five rooms for ten persons and they charged rs 16800, while earlier we booked four rooms for ten persons at rs 7015 advanced paid.
