Review Of Hotel O Citywalk

Hotel Citywalk stay was my worst Fan not working , aç not cooling, there is to many mosquitos, bed sheet not in proper set , my experience with this property worst

The stay here is quite good. Very neat and clean rooms and staff is very good. Easy to reach location.

It was a nice stay, saff was very polite and well experienced. All the basic amenities are there like wifi, hold cold water, water bottle, smart tv.

Didn't stayed even after payment, hotel denied check in

Firstly checkin issue was there as they needed to review my booking from their end and it took quite some time and meanwhile i was given a room to rest while they’re cleaning the other rooms and the room which was given was pathetic as there were lots of flies and mosquitoes and was unbearable and after repeated intimation they finally changed the room and still the reception phone was not working and every time i had to dial from my personal phone. Food was ok but overall average experience as per the property

Location awesome, room clean but food has no taste
