Pathetic stay and service

The person in duty was irresponsible and very rude. We have booked two rooms. By the time we reached there they gave one room to someone else and at 2am in the night they asked us (5 people) to adjust us in a room which can accommodate just 2 people. After arguing for sometime they gave another room without any facilities including pillows. They didn't even provide bucket for bath. In a cold weather they didn't even provide blanket or towels. For a three members stay in the room, rhey told us two pillows will be given and we need to adjust with it. Overall the stay was pathetic, and if you are planning to stay you are going to be troubled alot. Think 10 times before you consider this location.
