    When I reach in hotel reception people they said I have to pay extra to his account when I ask why should I pay they said that money which I pay to MMT direct to hotel he will not anything that’s why he is saying if you don’t want to pay extra then cancel the booking

    i booked this hotel from MakeMyTrip, when I reached the hotel, they demanded an extra ₹1000, they didn't allow me to check in, i complained to MakeMyTrip, they helped me to check in. In this process it took 1.5 hrs , but thanks to MakeMyTrip. The hotel staff were very rude, didn't give me water to drink,No cleaning,Ac was not working, Geyser was not there, My check out time was at 11 am. I requested an extra 10 minutes, they again demanded. Therefore I checked out at 9:15 Am only. I request everyone please don't go to this hotel, this was the worst experience I ever had.
