Problem is not with the hotel but the booking app 1) incorrect location of hotel - the hotel's location is given at mylamoodu. But the actual location is at edamon which is 25 km away. I reached midnight and had to stay at another room 2) the hotel didn't get any info about my booking and had to book separate rooms once again. 3) i called the helpline number and they put me on hold and didn't get any refund also. Better to book directly to this hotel than to use the app for booking.
