The accommodation was old and very shabby. It wasn't cleaned properly and the toilet looked like a public toilet. There was no water or toiletries provided in the room. We asked for hot drinking water and they denied. There was no hot water in the bathroom. Finally, they sent a bucket of hot water heated by rod after 1 hour. They also told us not to pay through Oyo next time onward. Our stay included breakfast, but they didn't provide us. When we asked they didn't just respond. We were so fed up that we just left from there without arguing or waiting for water.
