Waste of money
The room location was nice and peaceful, but the room was very dirty and poorly maintained, and the bed was also not so proper, the bedsheet with the holes, literally makes me wonder why i booked this room. Don't go for it it's a waste of money

Terrible Stay
Asked for extra money during checking. As we didn't paid. They didn't provided the booked rooms even though we paid the room rent already. Worst management and worst experience. Cheaters and. Fraudsters. Don't ever never try to book this hotel. Maintenance is also very bad with lots of bed bugs in the lobby area we found while waiting for our room booking. Dare to book at your own risk, if you want to carry bed bugs to your homes while checking out.

Best in the budget
It looks clean and the staff is good highly recommended, best in budget. All amenities are available like ac, fan, tv, wifi, washing machine and all 24/7 hot and normal water available good meals, decent stay.

Good basic hotel for family and solo on short duration stay.
I booked this hotel for my family members who went there for admission purpose. Manipal banking institute is in walking distance. The hotel had basic amenities like tv and ac. The room and bedding provided were clean.

Nothing good to write about this stay.
Wi-fi not working in any of the rooms, tv sets not working in any of the rooms, the available staffs are incapable of doing anything.

Worst place to stay in
soloI bet you all this is the worst place to stay in, reasons mentioned below: 1) Do not book complimentary breakfast as they don't provide and instead insist you to get your money refunded from booking website. 2) Forget about room service, they won't change bed sheet and towel for 2-3 days because they feel it's clean and can be used for next day. 3) Landline doesn't work, so if you need to talk at reception go by yourself. 4) There is a staff of only two boys who try to look after whole building. 5) They'll use hand jet spray to clean bathroom. Just a spray of water on everything and that's it, no proper sanitization of bathroom. I've also pictures to show the reality, the picture of room is taken after the bedsheet was changed (i.e. room service) at 2:30 p.m., yes I'm correct staff does come to clean room after lunch that too after you make a personal requests (a couple of times) at reception.
