Staff behavior very bad, rooms not good, bed cover, pelow cover and blanket is not clean / not washed

Poor room service for house keeping, rude staff behaviour, they charge extra amount for luggage keeping for 2 hrs after ch k out, they don't have any room service staff.

Overall a decent clean and organized room with ac and 2 beds, bathroom was clean no dirty smell pretty good room, lift was not working one drawback we needed to carry luggage and climb stairs, but reception person helped to carry the luggage for us. Can say cheap and good

Very bad approach because as per invoice the stay is for 3 adults, where as hotel people allowed 2 adults only and charged extra amount of rs 600 for 3rd person.

It was a really great stay. Ac room with 24*7 hot water at such a low price. Loved it. Recommend for family also. The staff is also nice. Location is near charminar. Everything is perfect.
