They are not provide breakfast but I'm booked room along with breakfast

Location was reachable nut no name on the hotel building so difficult to trace it out after reaching out they demanded an extra a money after paying in advance to mm t otherwise room will not be given so i paid extra a money because cancellation time was over why mm t is showing wrong pricing or why should we pay extra a charge than what is shown to us while booking the bath room contains some insects and not clean

Best service and neat and clean rooms good behaviour of staff

Asking for extra money at check in time, no breakfast available, dirty bedsheets and bathroom, no room service available and very rude behavior.

They charged me extra. And i said that i would not pay an extra amount then they said that no room was available.

The hotel denied checkin and makemytrip kept me waiting for a good 90 minutes for resolution and finally at 11 pm in night asked me that they can’t do anything and can’t provide alternative accommodation and i am on my own now and will have to look for my stay at 11pm in night.

No cleanliness. Very worst hotel

Although staff supportive and a good average hotel is required proper maintenance of room in hygiene.

Staff was very friendly and they all are very nice in behaviour

Bedding was dirty (food marks on bedsheet from last customer), pillow covers were completely yellow, AC wasn't cooling and they provided us top floor room, there was no water in taps, bathroom was dirty, buckets seems black. Hotel is completely different from what it is provided in pictures. Hotel doesn't have lift and has around 4 floors to climb.

Good staff good behavior, location is good room, size is large and all facilities is available.

Room and bathroom were not clean. Not provided RO water.
Bathroom and room were not clean, provide unsealed bisleri water bottle.

Overall good experience in this hotel.

All well maintain and cleaned there is no any noise its very peaceful.

Provide kitchen to make lunch and dinner.
There is no problem.

Service is good. Toilet bucket should be replaces as new. Hotel identification board should be required outside.
